Colore rubino deciso, profondo, impenetrabile. Ampio il bagaglio aromatico, che si apre con profumi di frutta matura, come prugna, che cedono poi il posto a sentori di frutti piccoli, come ribes e mirtillo. Cenni balsamici introducono ad elementi speziati, e note minerali a completare l’esame gustativo trova una componente tannica di tutto rispetto, equilibrata ad un alcol potente ma non eccessivo. Acidità bilanciata ed un finale in crescendo gustativo.
