Il Candito è ottenuto da uve 100% Syrah e prodotto dalla vendemmia 2013.

Vinificato in cemento, è affinato in barriques e botte di rovere francese.

E’ un vino strutturato, armonico ed elegante, dal colore rosso intenso. Al naso è fruttato con profumi di prugna, amarena, pepe nero e sentori di vaniglia. In bocca ha un tenore alcolico degno di nota, morbido, sapido e un finale con note leggermente dolci.
