OUR HISTORY
The Enoteca Meucci project started in 2017 when the owners of Bar del Riccio, Mauro and Laura Meucci, purchased the old farmhouse across the street. As ardent proponents of the area, people who are deeply connected to it, Mauro and Laura wanted to make the most of the building and its prime strategic position.
Given their passion for wine, on December 8, 2019, in tandem with a team of professionals who fully embraced their project, Enoteca Meucci was born: it now offers more than 2000 wine labels.
One year later, we completed our renovations. We expanded the wine shop on the ground floor and brought new life to two smaller rooms, one of which was dedicated exclusively to tastings.
Upstairs, we carved out a chic and elegant dining devoted to the creations of Chef Massimo Romano, whose many years of experience cooking in fine restaurants around the world means that you can sit back and enjoy a culinary journey that includes international flavors but is built on local traditions. Their discernment for the best quality, fresh and seasonal products makes all the difference.

Our choice of products is not left up to chance but is the result of careful and thorough research and selection, tasting and traveling to discover wineries that help us to learn about great realities. But Enoteca Meucci also offers, in addition to wines, some gourmet products such as balsamic vinegars, extra virgin olive oil, sauces, pasta, and truffles. Depending on the season, our Chef prepares pastry products such as cantucci, various cookies, panettone, and Easter doves.
