Un metodo classico da uve Sangiovese che vengono raccolte in anticipo, intorno a fine Agosto, al fine di mantenerne la freschezza.

La vinificazione in rosato prevede un contatto di 2-3 ore sulle bucce e 40 mesi sui lieviti.
Intenso e affascinante al naso, dove emergono note di piccoli frutti rossi e sfumature floreali e minerali. Fresco, persistente e dal finale fruttato e minerale.
